Friends, Fun and Politics

The IUSY World Festival has a long tradition and regularly brings together thousands of politcial youth activists from around the world.

With one week full of political seminars, workshops, trainings and conferences the IUSY World Festival offers activists a unique international experience and gives them the chance to engage in discussions, experience international solidarity, make new friends from all around the world and of course simply have fun.

Since 1929

IUSY's first international youth meeting was held 1929 in Vienna, Austria, with over 50.000 participants. Since then, thousands of young activists from around the world gather every second or third year for the IUSY World Festival.

In 2011 the IUSY World Festival took place in Austria, at the Europacamp right next to the beautiful lake Attersee.
