'Strengthening Democracy' - the training workshop on project and organizational management, aimes at strengthening solidarity, cooperation and support on youth level and motivating young people to take active and leading role in the political life. The main aim of the workshop is to strengthen youth political organizations and their cooperation in the Eastern African Network, and thus develop their potential for taking a more active role in the processes of democratic development of their societies.

This training will provide the participants with the tools, knowledge and expertise necessary for running organizations and working groups within organizations, for planning, preparing and managing projects (including fundraising and financial management) as well as for taking active part in public discussion, starting and leading public debate on the most important issues in the society.
